Delivery of order

Any product is delivered to the client at the address specified when placing the order. If for any reason, our company will not be able to arrange the delivery of the goods, then all previous payments will be canceled and the money will be returned to the customer in full.

Delivery terms

The delivery time of finished products is from 1 to 3 working days. If the order requires tailoring, production and delivery takes 1 to 14 business days.

Packaging and shipment of order

All types of goods are carefully packed before sending to the customer to avoid damage to the products during transportation. At the same time, the cost of each order is formed separately. It must be taken into account that transport costs are not included in the order amount and are paid by the customer independently, after receiving the goods.

The product is the property of the company until it is paid in full by the buyer.

Exchange and return

It is very easy to exchange an IKARA UNIFORM item for another size or return it and immediately receive the amount paid for the product. Exchange and return of goods must be made no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the order. All items for exchange or return must be in new and unused condition, with all factory markings and factory labels, in the original packaging. If you try on an item and realize you need a different size, please do not wear the item, do not remove the manufacturer's tag from it, or store it in the kitchen where it may become permeated with food odors. Will keep the item in its original new condition so that we can accept it back into our warehouse.

How to return or exchange an IKARA UNIFORM item

1. Please send us a message about the replacement or return of the product by (link to telegram) This will be done no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the order.
2. We will write down all the information and reserve the size you need in stock.
3. In Ukraine, send the goods for return or exchange to us by the Nova Poshta carrier. If you are in Odesa, you can bring the item to the IKARA UNIFORM office, and we will exchange it for the right size or issue a refund.
4. After receiving your exchange package, we will check the items for compliance with all return conditions (new, unused condition, markings, labels).
5. After verification, we will send you the sizes you need using "Nova Poshta".
6. And in case of returning the goods, we will refund the order payment.

Pay attention!

The following items cannot be returned:
1. Products made to individual order or with individual changes to the model.
2. Products with an embroidered logo or name. Therefore, before ordering embroidery, you should be 100% sure of your clothing size.
3. Products without factory marking that have been used more than necessary.
4. Products that were not included in your order.
